The Story

First Imayo Tsukasa sake to incorporate the famous Suganadake artesian spring water. The ultra-pure and soft Suganadake water is trucked to the brewery to craft all Imayo Tsukasa sakes. This special water makes the sakes very smooth but also adds structure and earth tones for added complexity.
