Tasting Notes Colour is pink with golden onion reflexes. The bouquet has notes of wild strawberries, rose and toasted bread. In mouth is persistent, wide and lively.
A balanced bubble with intense red fruits that lead to a very clean and fresh finish.

The Story
The 24 hectares of beautiful vineyards of Castello Bonomi extend into a small precious paradise located in the south of Franciacorta. Harvest takes place from 15th August to 20th August with meticulous selection of the bunches before pressing.
