The Story
From FIDORA's Monte Tabor estate, this lively, fresh entry of Valpolicella is perfect for everyday occasions. While the Ripasso and Amarone undergo additional fermentation and greater concentration of flavor, the Valpolicella sees only stainless steel to remain exuberant, aromatic, and perfumed. Perfect for summer day picnics and winter nights by the fire.
