Winemaking Grapes are partially destemmed and crushed, partially direct-pressed. Spontaneous fermentation is in concrete, as is aging, kept on the lees for 8 months. No so2 use until bottling. Bottled unfined and unfiltered.

The Character

Tasting Notes Vibrant, dry wine that showcases the crisp, fresh character of Glera with aromas of green apple, citrus, and a hint of floral elegance. On the palate, it delivers bright acidity, a smooth texture, and a refreshing minerality, making it an ideal pairing for light appetizers or seafood. The clean finish leaves a lingering impression of citrus zest and subtle herbal notes.

The Story

The still Glera includes a little Bianchetta Trevigiana and Boschera. Various small parcels selected for this wine, planted in 1960, between 220 and 400m, facing south.
Harvest was on October 8th, 2020 at yields of 6,000kg/ha (45hl/ha).
