The Story
Being a younger Gran Cru than some of the others in La Morra, Fossati holds an explosive edge and bursts with fruit and flowers. These wines find themselves developing distinct savory and spicy flavors/aromas quickly after aging, sometimes a year in the bottle. However, they hold decades later in statuesque manner.
